What will we do?
We invite you to immerse yourself in the islands' culinary culture with a workshop on making Canarian mojo, the famous traditional sauce that gives flavor to the local cuisine.
During this experience, you'll learn how to make your own mojo from scratch, using fresh, local ingredients. You'll discover the secrets of red and green mojo, from the choice of spices to the perfect technique for achieving their unique texture and flavor.
At the end of the workshop, you'll take home your own jar of homemade mojo , ready to enjoy and share a little piece of the island at home. An authentic, delicious, and traditional experience.

Fun Fact
Although red and green mojo are the best known, mojo picón has a peculiar variation: in some areas of the Canary Islands, it was prepared with almonds or peanuts instead of bread, which gave it a creamier texture and a distinct flavor.
Plus, in La Gomera, it's famous for being prepared with aguardiente instead of vinegar or lemon!
This more intense variant reflects the creativity and local adaptations of each island.
